A self-guided coaching experience for Black women ready to reduce overwhelm, set boundaries, and restore their mental well-being—with three live group check-ins to keep you supported along the the way. Quiet your mind, reclaim your peace—on your schedule, with built-in guidance. This self-paced wellness program provides Black women with expert, culturally grounded tools to reduce emotional overwhelm, build boundaries, and reclaim their mental space—You’ll receive: ✔️ Pre-recorded lessons focused on stress management, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy ✔️ A digital wellness workbook with reflective prompts, guided meditations, poetry-based healing, and culturally adaptive CBT tools ✔️ Three scheduled live group check-ins to reflect, ask questions, and stay supported ✔️ Flexibility to engage with the program on your timeline Ideal for Black women navigating demanding careers, caregiving, or emotional burnout—this program lets you reclaim your peace with structure and expert guidance, no matter your schedule.
