Her Black Health
An online wellness network created to fill the gap Black women often face when navigating wellness, healthcare, and workplace inclusion. We offer personalized coaching, interactive trainings, and digital self-care tools that center culturally grounded, trauma-informed care. Our work is rooted in the lived experiences of Black women—and extends to organizations that are ready to move beyond performative wellness, creating meaningful support for Black women and BIPOC women across their teams and communities.
Story Behind Her Black Health
CASANDRA LONDON

I’m Casandra London—a wellness coach, health educator, speaker, and the founder of Her Black Health (HBH). I created this space for Black women like me—those navigating chronic pain, burnout, dismissal, and systems never built with us in mind.

For over a decade, I lived with debilitating pelvic pain while being dismissed by more than ten healthcare professionals. I couldn’t walk short distances, lost my ability to work, and was repeatedly told my pain was “just anxiety” or “all in my head.” By the time I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, the delay had caused serious damage to my kidney, ureter, uterus, and pelvic cavity.

But more painful than the physical symptoms was how little my voice—and the voices of Black women like me—mattered. That experience fueled my mission to change it.

Her Black Health was born from my pain and my purpose: to create the culturally grounded, trauma-informed care I never received. I help Black women reclaim their health, boundaries, and self-advocacy—without apology.

I also work with organizations ready to move beyond performative wellness and build safer, more inclusive spaces. I offer interactive trainings and consulting that center care, belonging, and accountability for Black women and racialized employees.

Her Black Health is more than a service—it’s a movement for healing and systemic change.
